Verify a certification by SHA-256 hash or reference number without an account. Qualified law enforcement, attorneys, investigators, and enterprise procurement officers may submit a credentialed request for the sealed PDF and chain-of-custody package.

FUNCTION 2 · CREDENTIALED REQUEST

Request the actual certification package

No requester account is created. The form enters an admin review queue. The document is released only after independent credential, website, organizational email, and business-phone verification. Approved links are single-use and expire after 72 hours.

Written justification — minimum 50 meaningful characters

The requester/employee email and any required supervisor email must be business addresses. Personal email domains are rejected. A working official website and direct business phone are required. Submission does not transmit any document and does not guarantee approval.

No requester account

Credential and organization verification are the security gate. No signup or email-verification loop is used.

Not publicly posted

Certification PDFs remain sealed in the vault and are never available from the public verification result.

Secure email delivery

Approved recipients receive a single-use 72-hour link at the verified government or business address.

The ZIP includes the certification PDF, SHA-256 text file, and chain-of-custody exports in PDF and JSON.
